We have all had them - you know what I mean, those "demon dialogues" that can go on and on, and leave you and your family members exhausted, drained, hurt or angry. 

Healing Conversations is about how to do it differently - how to have a conversation with those you love the most, about tender topics to one or both of you, in a way that strengthens your marriage or family relationships, increases trust and enhances the bonds between you.

In this class, participants will learn:

1)  What is underneath the tenderness - what you and your loved ones are REALLY wanting and needing, regardless of the topic of discussion.

2)  Why listening in a special way is the crucial key to Healing Conversations - and what to listen for.

3)  How to "be present" so you can listen in this special way.

4)  How to support yourself when the topic is difficult.

5)  How and when to share information that is difficult, and needs to be shared for the well-being of those you love.

6)  Practice:  those attending will have the opportunity to practice having Healing Conversations!
